Mahestan Company (private joint-stock) was registered in Tehran in 1966. The first project of this company consisted in the design and construction of Mahestan Complex in Shahrak-e Qods, Tehran. Mahestan B3 Tower is one of the prominent towers in Iran considering the systems employed in its construction, esp. its structure and façade. Some other projects accomplished by this company are the construction Kish, Tabnak, and Farmaniyeh Residential Complexes. Mahestan is a noted company famed for its high-rise development projects and counts as a major brand in construction industry with a brilliant record of 600,000 (SQM) construction so far.
